The Anvil Pub & Grille now occupies the space of a former black smith who was part of the Cedar Creek Settlement in Cedarburg, WI. The historic settlement building is a popular tourist destination which includes art/craft stores, winery and multiple restaurants.
The interior of the restaurant utilized exposed, historic materials that were in keeping with the rest of the settlement buildings. The new design for the restaurant included a mezzanine, restrooms, bar, kitchen and dining space. Health code requirements were met with an attractive steel & glass canopy structure above the kitchen/bar.
